In The Woods Animal Rescue is a volunteer run animal rescue dedicated to helping homeless, abandoned and surrendered
We provide love, shelter, food and vet care for all animals that would otherwise not have these basic requirements.
We provide a safe shelter for lost pets until they can be reunited with their owners. We provide an option for surrendered
pets when their owners can no longer provide for them. We provide a haven for homeless or abandoned animals,
getting them off the streets, providing vet care and ensuring they have the best possible chance at a forever home.

JERRY - Male
Jerry is about 3 years old, neutered, and is such a curious, friendly fellow.
He gets along with other kitties.
TIPPER - Female
Tipper is a spayed female who enjoys lounging on the pillows in one of our residences. Fuzzy and friendly, she’s estimated to be 2-3 years old.
Blue eyed tabbies aren’t common at the Rescue so Roddy stands out in this photo. He’s a neutered male, about three years old and enjoys bopping around with his buddies in the summer on the screened porch on one of our residences. He’s friendly, curious, and very active. Please call Sheryl Woods at 780-322-2652.
GOLDIE - Female
According to researchers at the University of California at Berkley, 80% of ginger cats are male but here at the Rescue, most of our gingers are female. This lovely spayed female is Goldie who enjoys hanging out with our other spayed ginger. Goldie’s estimated age is 2-3 years old.
