Fierce looking and built like a tank, Shadow is a year old rotti/staffie cross that is spayed/chipped/has her rabies shot and is up to date on DAPP. She is good with other dogs, ok with cats (is afraid of my big tomcat lol), and is a homebody. We noticed that she has a tendency to ‘puppy nip’ sometimes although it is not consistent. Milo!! Two years old (maybe 3?), rotti/staffie cross, good with other dogs but not good with cats (I think they might have been a food source in her previous life). Remember Boxer, the boy with the massive gunshot wound to his shoulder? Surgery went great (thank you Dr Chris of CK Veterinary Services) and now it’s time for me to take out the stitches. We took the opportunity to neuter Boxer while he was already under anaesthetic so as soon as he gets the ‘all clear’, he will be ready for adoption. Dacha was out and about today with Robyn polishing her leash skills. Well, actually, just getting used to having a collar and leash on, lol, but she did really well! Dacha is a staffie cross. Her tail is stubbed but no idea if someone did that deliberately or if it froze off or if it was bitten off when she was a puppy. Handsome Blue got his neuter check, rabies shot, and microchip and is looking forward to meeting a new family!
